SELECTED EXPERIENCE
Designed a post-payment-gateway commercial and PTS point-pricing proposition connecting SHIN Hotel Group's 23 properties with 4,000+ nationwide redemption touchpoints. Mapped customer demand and geographic coverage, and analyzed 19,704 redemption transactions across five months to identify partner-growth opportunities.
Led a 9-person UX/UI team across major digital platforms serving more than 12 million users, aligning business, technology, brand, research and delivery.
Served as Mobile Banking Evangelist during the merger, managing and coaching a 20–30-person digital enablement team and authoring frontline playbooks used for employee training. Combined TAM quantitative research with UX research to address adoption barriers as mobile-banking MAU grew from 1.2M to approximately 1.6–1.7M against a 3M post-merger target.
Led and supported nationwide public-sector assessment and transformation programs covering 108 organizations across all 77 provinces. Served as key account for the Ministry of Justice, joined rotating cross-ministry teams, supported NHSO board meetings through dashboard and indicator development, and contributed to an innovation-capability assessment involving 120+ applicant listed companies.
Conducted contract-based research across Thailand's health-promotion and health-education systems, the alcohol market and national drug-demand estimation, translating evidence into policy-oriented findings.
Supported quality assurance for Investment Consultant licensing examinations, assessment-system requirements and foundational capital-market content.
